I don't know for sure, but I can't imagine the Tories or Labour or another minor party putting in it's handbook a rule about not using racist language or racist insults. They seem to have realised that the old version was a little bit of a liability, although they don't seem to have realised that a 'language and concepts <em>discipline</em> manual' is a bit authoritarian. One of the lines the BNP are taking is that the accusations of racism are old hat and that they're not that any more. I wonder if we need to ask them how they made the conversion.
